Friends, grandparents, alumni and parishioners--here are several
"painless" ways you can help the school at no cost to you and with no
effort beyond the initial registration! Tell your friends about these
simple ways to help Santa Sophia Academy.
1. Buy Scrip Gift Cards. You can buy or order gift cards at
our school office for just about any store. We get a percentage back
from all we sell. Easy to mail anytime of year as gifts for out-of-town
people and great to give when it's hard to decide on a gift. Download the Order Form here and return to the Academy Office with your payment.
2. Get a REDcard (or Target Visa) from Target, designate Santa Sophia Academy, and when you shop, the school will get 1% of the amount of your Target Store or Target.com purchases. Go to Target.com and click on the "Take Charge of Education" link to register. The SSA school ID is 3290.
3. Sign up for e-scrip: Go to www.escrip.com to register your Vons card. SSA ID is 137627906. Numerous other merchants are also affiliated with e-scrip. We get dollars when you shop with a credit card you have registered.
4. Clip those "Box Tops for Education" symbols from General Mills products and drop them off at the school office or into the offertory basket.
5. Designate Santa Sophia Academy as the beneficiary of your United Way donation.
6. If you shop at Ralph's, go to www.ralphs.com and click on the "Community Contribution" link to sign up your Ralphs Card. SSA ID is84698.
7. Albertsons shoppers can go to www.albertsons.com, click on the "in the community", then on the "Community Partners" button, and select our school. SSA ID is 49000115221. Or download the sign up form.
8. Office Depot will give us 5% of your purchase amount if you refer to SSA ID #700154500 when you purchase for your home or office.
9. Go to the www.goodsearch.com search engine and select Santa Sophia Academy. Whenever you search the web using this search engine, the school gets a donation.
10. Empty Capri Sun, or similar, drink pouches can be turned in for recycle at the Academy office.
11. Register at www.mycokerewards.com/schools and enter the codes from participating packages to donate for the benefit of Santa Sophia Academy. Points can be earned from the purchase of a wide variety of beverages, such as: Coca-Cola Classic, Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero, Sprinte, Dasani, POWERade, Minute Maid Lemonade and Orange Juice, Vault, Pibb Extra, Fanta, Fresca and Barq's.
