The pastoral leadership at Santa Sophia parish includes a caring team of professional staff, volunteers, and various elected and appointed council members.

There are four primary bodies that make up the pastoral leadership:
Parish Staff - serves the daily operational needs of the church.
Pastoral Council - a consultative body to the Pastor in developing and implementing the vision and mission of the parish.
Finance Council - advisors to the Pastor, parish staff and the pastoral and development councils on matters relating to the stewardship of the parish’s financial resources.
Development Council - assists the Pastor in identifying goals and implementing programs centered on cultivating our members' gifts of "time, talent and treasure" as the means for Santa Sophia Church to sustain long term growth.
